The working principle of the calender:

Calender maintenance and care:
1. Frequently check the condition of the transmission design part of the system to keep the control oil circuit smooth.
2. Pay attention to the bearing and sealing of the roller, if necessary, remove the half-gland, replace the oil-resistant rubber pipe, and when the leakage of the working water head is serious, disassemble the water head and replace a sealing ring.
3. Under normal circumstances, the equipment should be overhauled every two years, check the wear and tear of each component, replace the worn parts, and ensure the installation quality after maintenance.
4. The machine runs for 2000 hours, it should be cleaned once, and the oil should be replaced, the internal lubricating oil grade of the reducer is 220 # gear oil, the reducer should be cleaned once a year, and the oil should be changed once a year, regardless of the operating cycle.
5. The lubricating oil of the main gear of the calender is 100# oil, and the oil pressure is generally adjusted at 0.1~0.2Mpa, pay attention to the change of oil level in the oil tank to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication mechanism.
6. After the calender starts to be used for 300~600 hours at a time, the lubricating oil of the speed reducer and the oil collection tank can be released, and kerosene should be used and cleaned before new lubricating oil is injected.
7. At the end of each shift, turn off the main power supply of the distribution cabinet, wipe the machine, clean the workplace, and keep the environment clean and tidy.
The calender is made of two or more rollers, according to a certain arrangement form, at a certain temperature, the rubber or plastic is calendered into a certain thickness and shape of the film surface, and the fiber cord or steel cord machinery can be hung with glue.
