A hot rolling mill utilizes the characteristics of thermoplastic fibers to deform, melt, and bond the fiber web at the embossing points under the combined action of high temperature heat from the hot rolling mill rolls and high pressure generated between the two rolls, consolidating the loose fiber web into a non-woven fabric with certain strength.

During the operation of the hot rolling mill, it is prohibited for people to enter the space connecting the hot rolling mill and the mesh forming table; Prohibit personnel from entering the protective net at the drive end for inspection. It is strictly prohibited to touch the safety device to avoid shutdown. Do not touch the two heating rollers with your hands to avoid squeezing or scalding.
When the oil furnace is heated up, the hot rolling mill must be started and the rollers must be separated to prevent deformation due to heat.
When the temperature of the oil furnace rises to the set temperature, the hot rolling mill can only be put into production without an alarm.
In normal production, we need to regularly observe whether the lubricating oil pump, return oil pressure, and oil temperature are normal to prevent bearing damage, etc.
During the operation of the hot rolling mill, especially when producing small quantities of products, it is forbidden for people to walk in the space (channel) below the products to avoid affecting the stable operation and electrostatic discharge of the products.
During the operation of the hot rolling mill, attention should be paid to protecting the machine to prevent upstream hard objects from entering the mill and damaging the rolling rolls. If this situation occurs, quickly press the emergency stop switch to stop the hot rolling mill, and the upper and lower rollers will stop rotating and automatically separate.
When repairing the hot rolling mill, the hydraulic oil pump should be turned off to reduce the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil and the wear of the oil pump.
During the regeneration process, if the circulating oil pump suddenly stops, the fault should be quickly eliminated and the circulating oil pump should be started immediately to prevent local overheating of the heat transfer oil.
When there is a roller malfunction or foreign objects on the roller surface that need to be cleaned, only tools made of soft metal materials can be used. It is strictly prohibited to use hard tools to clean or hit the roller surface.
If the high-temperature roller stops rotating due to a sudden power outage or other malfunction, it must be manually rotated 180 degrees every 10 minutes to prevent deformation of the roller.
When the hot rolling mill is shut down normally, if the temperature of the oil furnace of the rolling mill is below 80, stop the hot rolling mill and turn off the power switch on the cabinet.
12. Regularly clean the dripping and oil leakage of the heating system and machines, keep the equipment clean, avoid polluting the workshop environment, and eliminate safety hazards.
13. Pay attention to the safety of the heating system of the hot rolling mill and place a certain number of fire extinguishers near the machine.
